Process & Timeline
Turnkey 3BHK projects take 3–4 months from design sign-off to handover. Villas and penthouses require 5–7 months. We issue a detailed project schedule during concepts for full visibility.

Yes. All materials are listed with exact grades, sources, and unit costs. You approve an itemized procurement sheet before orders are placed. We do not add markups to material costs.
Design & Materials
Yes. You will approve photorealistic 3D renders of every key space before execution starts. These renders accurately represent textures, lighting, and layout choices.
Yes. Our Turnkey Execution manages all civil work, vendor coordination, procurement, and site supervision. You have a single point of contact and zero vendor management coordination burden.
We source from a curated network of domestic and global suppliers, choosing Italian marble, European hardware, premium veneers, and luxury fabrics selected for aesthetics and durability.
Our design team supervises every critical installation milestone directly. We enforce a 100-point quality check before scheduling your walkthrough, ensuring all details match approved designs.
After Handover
Warranty terms for furniture, civil work, and materials are detailed in your contract. We pass manufacturer hardware/appliance warranties directly to you and provide post-handover snagging support.
We support you with post-handover adjustments during your contract's support window. For issues after this period, we evaluate needs individually to protect our studio's long-term reputation.
At handover, you receive a custom Home Maintenance Guide. It outlines care instructions, schedules, and cleaning advice for your specific marble, veneers, lacquer, and smart systems.
